The call dropped due to a non-fax transmission error. The bulk fax service could not successfully determine the remote machine's fax capabilities. Depending on the remote machine's behavior, it may have still printed the page and any preceding pages. The remote fax machine did not acknowledge that a page of the fax was received. In practice, this should be rare and may indicate a system problem. The call started, but the log entry for the call was lost / incomplete. This could be due to there being no fax machine on the receiving end or a lack of call clarity. We could not detect a remote fax machine. We've compiled a list of current fax transmission error codes that you may see during your Fax campaigns, as well as a brief explanation for each to give you a better idea of what they mean. Within your Fax reports, you'll find an Undelivered section which will provide you with information about why the fax message was not delivered, including the error code/message. This error code, or error message, helps the bulk fax service determine whether or not the number should be retried, delayed, or removed from the sending list. When bulk fax is sent unsuccessfully the receiving machine provides a fax error code output to let the bulk fax service understand the reason for failure.
